ORDER STATUS & TRACKING INFORMATION

Real time order status and tracking information is provided with every order. Tracking information, exceptions and delivery attempts are emailed to you for your convenience.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Any customs or import duties that may incur are to be solely borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any delay or liability in this regard.

PRICES & CURRENCY

Customers can view the price in their local currency of the products using the currency converter option on the product page. Although, the final settlement on Checkout is in $NT (Taiwanese Dollar) at ongoing market exchange rates equivalent to the price in local currency displayed on the product page.
